Video Deployment

Video Deployments is the number of videos deployed - so one video distributed to five sites counts as five (5) video deployments. If you exceed the monthly limit, extra deployments can be made available upon request."

Video Storage

Need a centralized place to store your video catalog? We automatically store all uploaded videos without limitations on storage space.

Custom Video Groupings

Gain more insight into your video consumption by grouping together any set of videos to aggregate viewership information for analysis. Common groupings are by episode, season, and sponsor. Upgrade to one of our advanced levels to created unlimited custom tracking units.

Destinations

With Destinations, media companies and content creators can easily create and automate customized video distribution venues. TubeMogul will ingest video files, automatically transcode the files to fit any site's technical specifications and then distribute the results within seconds. Transcoding settings for iTunes is built into the product and other outlets are easy to set up. This opens up thousands of possibilities for publishers, allowing automated distribution to niche video sites, custom FTP sites, content delivery networks (i.e. Edgecast), cable outlets (i.e. Comcast On-Demand) and many more. Feeds (iTunes, Yahoo!)

Easily create custom feeds for iTunes, Yahoo! and other MRSS feed readers. Perfect for users hosting their own video files, with a fixed-rate fee for users that need TubeMogul to host their files.

Cross-Site Analytics

We provide you with a powerful reporting dashboard to view, compare and contrast viewership information on your videos across video-sharing sites. Analytics include views, comments and ratings trended over time.

Video Transcoding

Upload FLV files and we will transcode and compress them to the optimal specifications for each video-sharing site. We're happy to automate your burden!

Email and Embed Charts & Widgets

Schedule any of your charts to be emailed to you for a quick look at your video trends. Email charts to colleagues or embed them on your own site to share your progress with others. In other words, show that boss or client of yours that you're on top of it.

Thumbnail Assist

Choose a frame from your video to be the thumbnail image. This feature is available for all sites that allow thumbnail customization.

Update Social Networks

Automatically update your status on Facebook and Twitter with a link to your video as soon as it goes live. The status update/tweet will read: "VIDEO: [Video Title] [Link]."

Priority Video Deployment

We proactively monitor your uploads to verify there are no issues. Consider it First Class travel for your video file. Additionally, you can call or email us directly if you ever need help or tips.

Priority Customer Service

A dedicated TubeMogul representative will set up your account and spend time with you each month to deliver live training, share best practices, make introductions to other clients and be on call for your needs. Consider it your own Video Technology Concierge.

Launch Video to Multiple Profiles with Single Upload

Once you have uploaded a video to TubeMogul, you can copy and relaunch it to multiple profiles without having to re-upload it again. To use this feature, go to the "My Uploads" page and click on the 'More' link beside the video you want to launch to an additional profile. In the 'Video Options' window, click 'Copy' to duplicate the video file and go to the launch page where you can now distribute the video to additional accounts at the video hosting sites.

URL Uploader

Instead of uploading a video file to TubeMogul manually, enter a URL where the file is already hosted and you're done! The URL Uploader allows you to rapidly add files without waiting for uploads.

Upload Files > 500 MB

Upload and deploy video files greater than 500 MB to any video site that allows it. While many video sites limit file size to 300 MB, some sites selectively allow certain video producers to upload larger files. We know sometimes size does matter, so we support file sizes to your specified account limits.

Global Video Recall / Takedown

Time to remove a video from the web? Automatically delete your videos from any video-sharing site from within TubeMogul.

File Storage/Retrieval

Store TubeMogul uploads within your account and access them at any time - whether it's before or after you deploy them to video sites.

Advanced Data Export

Export any set of data over any time period into Excel. You choose your date ranges and data you want, we provide you with a more flexible Excel output.

Data Feed

Campaign Keyword Tagging

Store your own private notes for each video file, whether writing down production notes to tagging videos to integrate with your database or content management system via our API.

Scheduled Launch / Recall

Pre-program the life of any video upload. Your video will be distributed and left to collect viewership data for a predetermined period of time until expiration, when it will be automatically removed. .

Multi-Campaign Capability

Track multiple shows or video producers within a single account. Toggle back and forth between campaigns via an easy drop down list for quick navigation of every show or client you're tracking, and store multiple sets of video-sharing site credentials for an even quicker upload process.

Multi-User Capabilities

You are the admin of your own account, with the ability to add multiple new users and control their level of access. Perfect for collaborating with teams of all sizes, such as a marketing agency that wants to give their video production team upload access but their clients access to analytics only.

MRSS / Batch Upload

Videos are automatically uploaded (and launched to video sites, depending on preferences) via an MRSS feed. Users can create as many feeds as they have distinct profiles across video sites. For video producers that launch hundreds of videos at a time (i.e. Warner Brothers), this should be great news.

If you are a Brightcove client, you can now automatically ingest your videos from Brightcove into TubeMogul using an MRSS feed. This means that Brightcove publishers can seamlessly super syndicate and track their videos without having to upload them separately to TubeMogul.
