One comment – i think your site (ESPECIALLY your blog) would really benefit from a human face. It’s too impersonal otherwise.

In your place, I (or someone on my team) would step out and be the face for the company. Most of the new web2.0 companies have a very public person that shows up, comments, has a photo, etc. (read: likable individual that people can relate to).
