Emeryville, CA - July 26, 2012 - TubeMogul announced today that Russ Fradin, a longtime executive and co-founder of several leading companies, will serve on TubeMogul’s board.
Fradin joins at an auspicious time, as TubeMogul scales its media buying platform amid wide adoption by top brand marketers and trading desks. According to Forrester, real-time media buying of video is “reshaping the very foundations of video advertising” and is poised to grow to $667 million in revenue by 2013 as brands combine the branding power of video with the targeting and optimization real-time buying makes possible. Fradin, a seasoned veteran in digital advertising, is well-suited to influence TubeMogul’s continued development. Formerly, Fradin was CEO of Adify, a company he co-founded which later sold to Cox Enterprises for over $300 million. Before that, Fradin served as Senior Vice President of Wine.com and Executive Vice President of Corporate Development at comScore. Currently, Fradin sits on the board of Udemy and is currently CEO of Dynamic Signal, a company he co-founded that connects business and consumers through social media.
