We aim to be the best in the world at just one thing – making brand advertising simpler and more accountable for advertisers. Our singular focus is on brand advertisers, which means that we never favor any publisher or technology over the brands and agencies that use our software.

We value people that have a high “do-to-say ratio.” Whether you’re an employee, client, partner or investor, working with us means you’ll be working with people you can count on.

GO FAST
Mistakes are okay. Going slow is not. This ethos keeps us innovative and at the forefront of our industry. We’re proud of finishing first: we were the first self-serve platform for branding, the first to offer integrated brand lift metrics, the first to offer programmatic direct capabilities for video advertisers, the first to offer digital GRP planning and buying across screens, the first to open-source our viewability code and the first founder of OpenVV.org, which helped accelerate widespread adoption of a video viewability standard.
DO A LOT WITH A LITTLE
Scarcity forces focus and creativity. This means we allocate our resources disproportionally to those few things that matter most in building the world’s best software for brand advertising. We also actively seek creative and nontraditional solutions to problems.

We also believe in intimate involvement in the details and that deeply understanding our product and industry are critical to our success.
