Timezones

TubeMogul supports specifying a timezone at both the account and tracker levels. If a timezone is not explicitly specified for a given tracker, it will use the value specified at the account level. If it is not explicitly specified for the account, it will default to EST. A value of NULL can be specified on a tracker to set the tracker back to using the account-level value. If the timezone is changed, it will create either a gap or overlap in data collected for that day. This is because the timezone chosen dictates at what time the boundary between days occurs, and thus what day a given stream will be considered to have occurred in. As well, you may choose to use whether to use daylist savings time if the specified timezone supports it. By default, daylight savings is not used, as it will create additional gaps or overlaps in the statistics when going into and out of daylight savings time.

The table below shows the supported timezones. They should be identified in the API using the Timezone ID.
