VP Marketing

We are looking for a passionate and talented individual to lead and execute our demand generation, loyalty and retention and branding efforts. The VP of Marketing will be a strong individual contributor and provide leadership and management of our marketing team.

Responsibilities will include defining and executing marketing programs, leading our positioning and branding efforts, overseeing product and marketing launches, sales training, creation of presentations and marcom, defining and tracking success metrics and competitive analysis. The VP of Marketing will be the primary company spokesperson with press, analysts and at industry events. This positions reports directly to the CEO and will work closely with our Executive Leadership and Sales and Product teams.

Technical Support Engineer

We are looking for an engineer with strong communication skills to be the voice of our engineering team. You will learn our product inside and out -- from the code to the front end -- in order to provide guidance and support to non-technical users. You will also work with both our users and sales team to distill issues into concrete tasks for the engineering team.
